i found the team handled a small problem well and it showed their respect . the room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a great shower. hotel facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, spa and relaxing spots.
the air conditioning didn't work in the room very well, it kept turning off making the room hot.

The fragrance upon entering was lovely. i received refreshing water with a quick check-in. the room was spacious, and the bathroom size was good. an iron and ironing board were available. This was quite useful.
the nearest parking required a 15-minute walk away. it seemed a bit inconvenient after a long journey.

The hotel had very clean rooms. Good facilities included a pool and sauna. The deco was artsy. Breakfast offered good options. I appreciated the hotel being in such a vibrant area, awesome for a restful night's sleep. Amazing coffee shops sat just around the corner, with fantastic shopping options.
The automatic curtains didn't work properly because the hook wasn't connected to the curtain.
