i found the front desk staff really good especially during check-in it was quick and efficient. the hotel design is great i noticed artwork is thoughtfully placed throughout the premises. i also enjoyed the large room i had it had decor that amazed me
the automatic curtains did not work properly the hook wasn't connected to the curtain

the location was acceptable with its proximity to transportation.
the minibar never opened even after four requests, and i had paid a deposit for it i found that to be frustrating and disappointing.

i found the team handled a small problem well and it showed their respect . the room had a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom with a great shower. hotel facilities are excellent, with a swimming pool, spa and relaxing spots.
the air conditioning didn't work in the room very well, it kept turning off making the room hot.

The fragrance upon entering was lovely. i received refreshing water with a quick check-in. the room was spacious, and the bathroom size was good. an iron and ironing board were available. This was quite useful.
the nearest parking required a 15-minute walk away. it seemed a bit inconvenient after a long journey.

The hotel had very clean rooms. Good facilities included a pool and sauna. The deco was artsy. Breakfast offered good options. I appreciated the hotel being in such a vibrant area, awesome for a restful night's sleep. Amazing coffee shops sat just around the corner, with fantastic shopping options.
The automatic curtains didn't work properly because the hook wasn't connected to the curtain.
